Yes. Choose your own domain during checkout, then use the nameserver instructions assigned to your hosting service in the client area. Domain registration and hosting are separate services.

Payment and hosting setup are separate steps. If an order requires manual approval, setup waits for approval. The client area shows the service status and panel access when setup is ready.

Sign in to your client area and open Billing. You can view invoice details, the payment status and available payment methods there.

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no hidden charge — you only pay if you choose to upgrade for more resources.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create an account with just an email address. Card details are only needed if you later choose a paid plan.
Can I connect a domain I already own?
Yes, point your existing domain's nameservers to us, or keep using a free subdomain — both are fully supported.
Do you show ads on my website?
No. We don't inject banners, pop-ups or footer backlinks into any site, free or paid.
Does the free plan include PHP and MySQL?
Yes — PHP 8.3, MySQL databases with phpMyAdmin, and FTP access are included on every plan, including free.
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are ready in a few minutes. Attaching your own domain adds DNS propagation time, usually under an hour.
Is there a bandwidth limit?
Bandwidth is unlimited on every plan, subject to fair use — disk space is what differs between tiers.
Can I get email accounts on the free plan?
Not on Free. Email accounts on your own domain are included starting with the Starter plan.
What happens if I need more resources later?
Upgrade from your dashboard at any time — your files, databases and domain stay exactly as they were.
Do you offer a VPS?
Yes, a free 14-day VPS trial with root SSH access is available for developers who need more than shared hosting.
